First game back after the chicken pox - scored 2 tries, 1 rip and played really hard. He was so proud when coach Steve said he was player of the day! Go Tom!

Today Tukapa Red (Tom's team) played Tukapa Yellow - they had great fun, and Thomas was so excited as he scored 3 tries again this week!

Junior Assembly

Yesterday Thomas's class did an item for the Junior Assembly. They retold the story of The Little Yellow Chicken and Thomas was the narrator. He got to wear top hat and tails and spoke very clearly into the microphone and read beautifully without any mistakes. He even remembered when to stop for the characters to say their parts.
Well done Thomas! You are such a star at school and we love how much you effort you put into your work and your friendships! Keep up the great work buddy!

We had a great morning playing in a tournament at Inglewood today. The Tukapa Red U6 team had loads of fun, losing to Clifton but then getting into the reason for playing and downing Inglewood - just!
It was so funny watching them playing in the first game, I think they took each others "rips" off more than either they did to the other team or the other team did to them!

First day of ripper rugby

Thomas has joined ripper rugby at Tukapa for the winter sports season. Today was the team first run around and training session. Steve is the coach and having fun!
