The other day Thomas and I made a banana cake and added some chocolate icing ready for eating. As you can see he loves it, and enjoys helping me read the recipe so we know what to put in the mixture.
His most favourite part is "licking the legs" of the beater, and the bowl - just as I did when I helped my mum in the kitchen.

Banana cake is my favourite too! Equal favourite with lemon meringue pie and apple strudel and black forest gateau and jelly tips and chocolate fish and kumara and bluff oysters and... and.... and... big grin
