Easter 2008

We have had a busy weekend, out and about with friends and both of us working when we get a chance. Lots of tag-teaming going on so we can get work finished and still spend time with Tommy. He loves having us both around, but always loves the extra time with daddy!

We had a lovely morning tea with our antenatal group on Good Friday, the kids had an easter egg hunt and Tommy was so pleased that he found 4! And I think there was only 2 left when we got in the car to come home, and then there was none.

Easter Sunday saw us at Rich and Jen's place (our annual bbq) and the kids all loved getting together again and spent lots of time on the trampoline and the waterslide. Hannah (Rich and Jen's daughter) had organised an easter egg hunt down at the Kawaroa rock pools. Daddy took Tommy down and they had heaps of fun! All the kids came back with handfuls of goodies, and when Tommy and daddy arrived back he also had his hands full of loot - rocks! Our Tommy is a real collector and will collect a rock from every place we go, if he can find one. Oh, by the way, the easter eggs and marshmellows were all eaten before they even ventured home!

What a lovely weekend!

That looks like fun in the sun! We are very jealous as it snowed on our easter weekend in Belgium, check out the picture on our blog!
